Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... rack dl 5x5 @ 500 rack chins 2x8 @ bodyweight + 50 hs low row 2x8 @ 140 per arm alt db curls 5x5 @ 60lb db's pinwheel curls 2x8 @ 70lb db's lifefitness curl machine 2x8 @ 140 1x6 @ 170 felt xtra crappy when i got up this morning but it wore off on the drive to the gym....i got the sickest back pump ever during my warmups for rack deads..... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... smith shoulder press 5x5 @ 230 side lateral machine 2x8 @ 130, 150 front lat raise 2x8 @ 30 per arm squats 5x5 @ 235 hs iso leg press 2x8 @ 14 plates sldl 2x8 @ 225 good morning barbell 2x10 @ 135 standing calf raise 2x10 @ 400 then after work I went back and did 40 minutes of cardio @ a hr of 160.......we'll see how the legs feel in the morning....... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... ima catch even more shit for changing up the program yet again but my "trainer" got a lil choked when i told him i went off dc.....so back to dc....every non dc day will be cardio til i die........ hs bp 248x18rp smith shoulder press 225x9rp tri pressdown 185x11ss rack chins bw + 40 x 14rp rack deads 495x9ss extreme stretching on everything........ |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... seated barbell curls 105x15rp pinwheel curls 65x16rp leg press calf raises 240x20 squats 275x20 sldl 225x8 almost blacked out after the squats....i pushed too hard and didnt breathe properly thru the last 3 reps.....wicked headache.......legs felt like jello......bi's felt great...never done the seated barbell curls before...i like 'em.... |
