incline bp 2 warmups 1 workset 245x7
dips 2 warmups 1 workset bodyweight + 35lb x 9
reverse grip bp 1 warmup 1 workset 225x7
tri pressdown (v handle) 2 warmups 1 workset 185x11
tri extension (lifefitness machine) 2 warmups 1 workset 160x10

thanks bro...the log is what keeps me going sometimes.....when you get stuck....then look back at the log and see all the other times it happened and how you kept bustin the plateaus...thats motivating....

incline smith bp 5x5 @ 225
hs bp 198x10 270x6
weighted dips bodyweight+45x10 2 sets
extreme stretching chest 60 seconds
reverse grip bp 2 warmups 1 workset 225x8
v handle pressdown 2 warmups 1 workset 185x11
bench dips 2 sets bodyweight+50 x 15

tryin out the 5x5 for chest.....felt pretty good.....I'm gonna do it for back and legs as well.....I need to work on my form when squatting so I'll be dropping my poundages a bit and really getting my form down.....

rack deadlift 5x5 @ 495
rack chins 1 warmup 1 workset bodyweight+ 35 x 15rp
hs iso row 135 per arm 2x8
alt db curls 5x5 60 lb'rs
lifefitness curl machine 125x8, 140x8
pinwheel curls 1 warmup 1 workset 70lb db's x 8

rack dl's are brutal when using 5x5.....got a lil light-headed for a bit.....

smith shoulder press 5x5 @ 225
seated machin lateral 2x8 racked that bitch out at 150
front raises 2x8 @ 30 per side
squats 5x5 @ 225 ( yeah I know its weak but I need to work on my form )
hs iso leg press 2x8 @ 14 plates
stiff leg dl 2x8 @ 225
good morning barbell!!! 2x12 @ 135 ( trying to bring up my squat...I know its a back exersise but it is gonna bring up my squat big time! )

felt good...started my cee today.....ate good this morning......i have never really done good mornings before...they are fucking awesome......
