Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... incline smith bp 5x5 @ 225 hs bp 198x10 270x6 weighted dips bodyweight+45x10 2 sets extreme stretching chest 60 seconds reverse grip bp 2 warmups 1 workset 225x8 v handle pressdown 2 warmups 1 workset 185x11 bench dips 2 sets bodyweight+50 x 15 tryin out the 5x5 for chest.....felt pretty good.....I'm gonna do it for back and legs as well.....I need to work on my form when squatting so I'll be dropping my poundages a bit and really getting my form down..... |

Rep Power: 4 ![]() | Re: finally in the gym again... smith shoulder press 5x5 @ 225 seated machin lateral 2x8 racked that bitch out at 150 front raises 2x8 @ 30 per side squats 5x5 @ 225 ( yeah I know its weak but I need to work on my form ) hs iso leg press 2x8 @ 14 plates stiff leg dl 2x8 @ 225 good morning barbell!!! 2x12 @ 135 ( trying to bring up my squat...I know its a back exersise but it is gonna bring up my squat big time! ) felt good...started my cee today.....ate good this morning......i have never really done good mornings before...they are fucking awesome...... |
