I missed the gym the last 2 days due to a family emergency, but went back today. My diet seems to be working but need to kick it up a notch with the work outs.

So after having a conversation with my doctor about my physical health last week. I decided there is no more escuses and went back to the gym yesterday.
I did some moderate walking, worked on some arms and legs, and some crunches. I was upset that I wasnt able to even do 150 crunches as usual.
I also went shopping and loaded up on fruits, veggies and lean protiens. I am taking

This week was a real disappointment. Too many emotional, stressful situations for me to handle. Stress eating, is my major pitfall. It sneaks up on me all the time.
