| Re: Has anyone done business with... In that case, I’ll open with some obvious statements:
1. Whether anyone performed an illegal act was not included in the question.
2. Some countries do not regulate pharmaceuticals as is done in the USA, so it is possible for someone in this forum to legally do business with a website that sells pharmaceutical products.
3. The purpose of the question was to check whether the website was trustworthy or a scam. This is a perfectly valid question.
4. Anyone who knew whether the website was a scam could identify the website as a scam without confessing to a crime.
5. Insulting someone’s intelligence falls under the definition of “flaming” in most forums and newsgroups. This is especially true when there is no provocation.
What may be less obvious is that questions regarding the legitimacy of product sources are openly discussed elsewhere on the internet. In one forum, which is at least as "open" as this one, there are literally hundreds of posts that either warn of scams or confirm the reliability of product sources. The forum even takes polls so the product sources can be rated based on people’s purchase experiences. People even discuss what was purchased and timeliness of delivery.
Presumably, these folks feel reasonably confident that their posts do not provide sufficient proof to convict them of any crimes in their own respective countries. I assume most of these people are US citizens who believe it takes more proof than a bulletin board post to convict a person in court. |
