A post from a moderator in the same thread says, "Yeah post up any questions you might have and dont worry we will NOT flame you for a dumb question because there are no dumb questions just the ones you dont ask!!!"
Clearly, we shouldn't believe everything we read.
FWIW, I was unable to find a rule book for this forum, so I guess I'll be at the mercy of "Super Moderators" who flame on sight rather than pointing an obvious newbee toward the rule book.
