| first timer.... hello everyone,
just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm 23 and have been lifting for about 4.5 months now. so i am really new to it.
i started at 5'11" and 155lbs. i'm now weigh 178lbs. i don't know if anyone here is familiar with anthony ellis--but he designed a weight lifting program specifically for skinny guys, a.k.a. "hard gainers." i have been following that program in trying to attain my goal of reaching 185 lbs.
this website looked pretty informative so i am hoping that it will be a good place to get some information. i've been the skinny dude i'll my life so now i am devoted to making that change. |
