| Re: Assited Pull-Ups The reason most people dont do them is the same reason those same people dont do squats, deadlifts or any other taxing movement. They are weak minded and downright lazy. You'll hear all kinds of wonderful excuses, but most of them are b.s. You'll never get to doing reps unless you start with one.
On a lighter note though, I agree that weight assisted is a good way to start as long as youre progressing. |
