not sure if you were at a hospitol, private dr (separate facility) or private dr working at hospitol, an attorney in order to collect as much as possible would go after all parties involved. That would increase the amount of the settlement negotiation...if it got that far. So to cover their ass they would let her go pending review etc. So it would look like other parties didnt know and took swift action as soon as they found out and try to deny liability. and and and on
