| Re: Help to choose product yeah clen is crap, has very mild anti-catabolic properties that are helpful in cutting when youve exhausted your beta 3 receptors and switch to attack the 2's. this is done by cycling ECA and clen (usually 4x4) I prefer 4weeks ECA 2 weeks clen. But again, clen IMO is crap, dangerous and a lot of other things can go in place of it to accomplish the same thing. As far as putting on size, i think you were in the right forum all along, ALLTHEWHEY is a supplement company that specialises in quality protein, an essential part of building muscle. Trust me diet and training are going to need to be spot on before you use any sort of AAS, I can post pics of natural people that are jacked but sit around 195-210 and are stuck, thaey have been training for 8-10 years natty and are probably ready now for some AAS if they want to take their physique to the next level, sonce they have more than likey hit a very serious plateau at that time. the most important factors for mass right now are
diet
training
rest
timing of training and diet
supplements
in that order
