| Re: getting abs huge? Here is the lift I have had the most success with training clients for abs:
Lock you feet as if you are going to do a situp (you are:D) now put a heavy ass dumbbell on your chest. Most people start with 25-40 lbs and are up past 100 in no time. Just do 2 sets of 10 to failure an d add weight next week. Do this once a week and hanging leg raises on another day. When you have 150 lbs on your chest for your sets you will likely have some damn good abs. I have clients that use 200+ and my old 45 year old ass can still do 200.
