well my rep ranges are 11-30 rest paused.....so I am not low rep by any means.......I think she has a narrow view and sounds ignorant when saying that high volume is the only way to gain mass......ya know what...i hit each bodypart twice a week with a balls out, murderous rest paused set that would make most ppl puke.....so dont talk about junk volume......i think junk volume is 25-30 Mindless sets of "different angles" to hit every little aspect of the muscle.......your way works for you...my way works for me...so there....im done with this volume typing...its become borderline cardio ;)
