Yeah just see what works and doesnt work.....I know personally for me I get much better ewsults from 12-15 reps than I do from 4-6 but I still do the 4-6 for qa shock and then back to 12-15....also as I get older shit hurts more, bad shoulder, bad wrist.....getting older sucks!
