| Re: My Workout for size I do both personally, i do my Low Volume-Higher Intensity until I plateau and then Volume and again until I plateau.......keep measurements, log book, BF and make sure you are not wasting your time in the gym. I am constantly changing up my routine because I get bored and being bored in the gym spells disaster......
