tired today...stayed up late last night watching "bigger, faster, stronger" so I was a bit weak, still owned my log tho....could have been better.....thinking of upping my var dose to 75mg per day.......i seem to have plateau'd @ 226.4.....tho I am dropping bf....gains are slow which I guess is good.....on week 6 now..... |
