That has worked - still jitters for about 30 mins (not that bad) then goes down to a normal ephedrine rush. It wears off in about 4 hrs now and will try to take a second dose this afternoon to get to my 60. Definitely an extreme appetite suppressant. I have to remind myself it is time to eat.
