I remembered when i put on lots of weight and my friends started to say me 'fatty'.In starting i followed very strict diet chart.But now,i come to know losing weight does not mean just keep yourself away from your favorite food.
Just keep one thing in mind: Weight is gained only when you burn less calories than you consume.
