| Re: As most of you know.... If you not doing them, try heavy ass deadlifts 6-8 reps 2 sets rack pull at knee level, I kid you not the surge of test I get from them, I feel like fucking after 2-3 hours of revovery, which never happens on a squat day I can assure you of that LoL.
If you use superdrol again, don't do deads till your finished cycle then get em on the go[so as to shock the system], and try and get hold of HGC use that with and anti e and you should be all sorted. |
