I can go to bed a weigh 190 wake up 185 with abs the 2nd i start to eat i am back to 190 no abs.I have already figured out the sec i start loading the carbs up weight jumps body looks great but abs dont lol. I feel like the only way they come in is i starve my body which is not good ! My cycle is 13 weeks 8 on fina clomid for pct.
My DIET IS LIKE THIS : wake up 9:00
oatmeal with protein in it 36 grams 20grams of carbs
10:30 myoplex low carb shake 25 grams protein 3 grams of carbs
12:00 roast beef on whole wheat bread
1:00 myoplex low carb bar 25 grams protein 3 grams carbs
2:30 another shake
3:30 another bar
5:00- xplode before gym
7:00- steak with a sweet potato
i drink only water all day sometimes i put fruit in the shakes or a little gatorade
