wide grip pulldown 200x10 220x8 220x8
ez bar curls 115x12 115x12 135x8 135x8
alt db curls 50x10 60x8 (per arm)
reverse grip cable curls 80x12 110x8 ( really hurting my wrist.....will switch to pinwheel curls)
felt alright cept i was running late today.....ill probably add in another thickness move after the pulldowns....just didnt have time today.....
