To me thats like saying its ok to smoke for 12 weeks at a time. Especially when there are SOOOOOOO many more effective and less dramatic ways of dieting that produce the same or better results. For me, Im 3 weeks out from a show where I have starchy carbs with every meal and have had 5 cheat days on my diet so far... and Im the leanest Ive ever been, and I feel the best I ever have. Ive dieted alot of different ways... it really doesnt need to be painful. |
