I have tried tuna milkshakes, and I felt very sick, hehehehe. I read that some dudes do it.
I worked out you have to rinse the tuna using a sive to get rid of any brine or oil, then blend the tuna with something acidic like lime,lemon or orange juice, I tried this and it didn't curdle my stomach like last time!
A shake I always use is 3 large raw eggs, half a pint of milk, and 2 large yoghurts, 2 teaspoons of suga and blend, its a great post workout shake, with about 40-50grams of protein!
