most people these days are buying GH in 10IU vials..
with a u100 insulin pin .. you add 120 units of sterile or bacterostatic water to the gh.. slowly.. The GH should have a vaccum in the vial, so it will want to suck the water out of the pin.. swirl gently.
The reason for 120 units is because it makes for 3 shots of 3.3333ius of actual gh

after mixed. draw out 40units which is 3.3333 iu's of gh.






IGF is different
You need to reconstitute it with acetic acid.. which usually comes with the IGF
I use 1ml of the AA to reconstitute the IGF. which you have 1000mcgs per ml.
so on a u100 slin pin.. every 10 units equals 100mcgs of IGF.

You will also need sterile or bac water with this.
Draw out your desired amount of IFG, then using the same pin draw out some back water.. The amount varies and is really insignificant.. It's mainly there to dilute the sting of the acetic acid when injecting.. some the more sterile or bac water you add in the pin .. the less it stings...IMO
