BEST protein pancakes 1 cup fat free cottage cheese
5 egg whites
1 cup oats
1 banana
2 packets of Splenda
3 - 4 scoops of vanilla whey protein
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon *more or less to taste
Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. You might want to put the liquid ingredients in first so everything doesn't stick to the bottom of your blender. Grill on the stovetop with Pam or canola oil spray. When the pancakes start to bubble it's time to flip them. I like mine with Smart Balance light and sugar free Smuckers syrup. This makes about 4 servings, I usually blend up a batch and leave them in the refrigerator for the AM.
