My mother’s blood pressure varies, sometimes 120 over 80 but usually is higher than that, roughly around 140 over 90. She has monitored my blood pressure and she has never been diagnosed with high blood pressure. Her neck gets very stiff. I am little scared about my mother that her blood pressure is too high and in fact, she is always tensed around the neck. Can anybody advice please.
