| The 5 Hour Rule John Berardi has quoted numerous studies that have shown the people that put in at LEAST 5 hours of exercise a week are those that are happy with their results. And I would have to agree. Now this doesn't necessarily mean 5 hours weight training. It is 5 hours weights and cardio combined. Can be 3 weight sessions 2 HIIT sessions and one low intensity cardio session. Or any combo short of 5 hours low intensity cardio.
