| Re: DC Training The only problem as I see with this program is that doesn't account for consistant strength- good days and bad days (we all have them) in the gym. If you have a bad day, you will have to go to another exercise according to DC.
It also reminds me of the Mike Menzer program which I found effective myself. If nothing else and you can remain injury free, its intense. The only way to grow is through intense training!!
