More Killer QC Comments
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I have been using Killer QC for about a week now, but the first litmus test was last night. I utilize a high volume moderate weight approach for legs and usually my rep total for all exercises exceeds 200. This ALWAYS leaves me extremely sore the following three-four days. Today, I can walk up stairs and the soreness is drastically reduced, to the point that it is hardly noticeable (whereas previous it was always noticeable and barely manageable). I think you might be on to something here by reducing post workout soreness by way of elimination of free radicals caused by oxidative stress.

I like what I'm hearing here...I can handle, and even like some of the post workout aches I get, BUT I CAN'T STAND THE DOMS I GET AFTER A STRONG SQUAT DAY! For this reason, I tend to limit my squat workouts to once every other week or so...even though I know they work very well for me. I just don't want to be a gimp all the time.
So does this stuff have a taste of its own? My post workout shake is in a chocolate flavor, and I'd consider just mixing it right in if it doesn't ruin the taste. Sounds like this would take the place of the red muscle formulation with its super high ORAC value too...is that correct?
