| Re: Video of Musclefreak1 doing 900 Reverse Hack I only focus on the 3 main lifts. I do hacks but not for power, I might add them at the end of my routine but I do love going heavy on squats! Nobody does squats anymore, everyone's going for the beach bodies and often avoid legs and hit bi's all day instead :( Sick weight though!! Impressive to do any lift with that much weight
