If you follow his diet what would u do prior to show as far as loading? Would u just fat load or does he introduce carbs at that point?
I think we all know the difference after a good carb loading phase prior to show. I dont see myself NOT carb loading before a show...lol.
What I did last time (that worked well for me) is to go with brown rice for my carbs. I did this for the last 8 weeks i think. I didnt mix up my carbs like I did previous years. I noticed before that my body stayed more consistant with rice instead of any other carb source. My numbers were really low on carbs for about 6 to 8 weeks total but my fat intake was moderate. I seen the best gains during this period for me.
