over the counter supps don't do much. you need to eat and train properly. If your diet it lacking something, then you can supplement your diet with pills and powders. Then only supps I believe in are whey protein and a multi-vitamin. Others might have a minimal effect, but mostly just a waste of money. spend your hard earned cash on fresh healthy food.
