mpresiv...you also make a good point...i think on this type of diet you would be very consistent...like you said with carb diets you tend to be up and down from one day to the next...i think it is mainly due to carbs and your water....but my thing with the carb diets is if you get in TRUE competition shape when it comes time to drop your water you will have no problems...and im just not for sure how well that will work on this type of diet.
