| Re: palumbos diet?? i like the idea of the diet....my only problem with it for a competition is(this is only my little theory) i think it is harder to get real dry on that diet....just from what i have seen it seems like the guys who follow this type of diet have a hard time dropping their water and coming in real dry like the guys who use alot of carbs....and i think it would be real easy to come in real flat which can give the appearance of not being as well conditioned as you really are....i also think alot of really just depends on the person...i think this type of diet is perfect for women competing...one because i think it would be easier for them to drop the fat and two i think women look better flat....but those are only my ideas....i think im going to start this diet monday and see how it works for myself though. |
