I am 32 yo and eight years ago I weighed 135 pounds. I now am pushing 210 at about 10 % bodyfat or less not actually checked it. I'd now like to compete after building my legs up a bit more. I have am ectomorphic body and it is very hard to gain. Any one have a planned bulk diet I can reference? thanks |
