Grab the heaviest dumbell you can by the end (you need big hands for this) on each hand and hold it as long as you can!!

Its hard to mix martial arts with pumping iron- you are constantly beating your self up by fighting, while attempting to add muscle and strength. My old training partner could not move nearly as much weight as he used to once he got into martial arts. (As a result, he quit on me) As for me, all I want to do is out-muscle and out-lift other men so pumping iron is my quest!
