Need to strengthen my wrist and forearms for martial arts Howdy, I'm Ryan. I recently joined this forum to find more about what I can do to build strength, power, and endurance for martial arts. I recently just began practicing both Karate and Kendo (Japanese sword fighting). I'm my weakest in my wrists and forearms.Both require a hell of a lot of strength and endurance from my muscles, but they've also been take a heavy toll on the bones tendons and ligaments. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do to build up both strength and quickness? Thanks! |
