To serm or not to serm.. I personally feel using a serm is really the most productive way to do PCT.. Many people have done cycles of aas/ph/ps and not used serms and have done well.. Why have a long supplement shopping list that is expensive ( and may or may not work very well ) when you can use a few drugs and be done with it.. Just my thoughts.. Serms work.. not all supplements work..
PCT: 14 days after last shot start clomid and nolva.. Unless you start to show gyno symptoms.. itchy nipps, lump forming under nipple etc..
wk1.100 mgs/day of clomid, Nolva 40 mgs/day, Creatine Mono
wk2. 50 mgs/day clomid, Nolva 30 mgs/day, Creatine Mono
wk3. 25 mgs/day clomid, nolva 20 mgs/day, Creatine Mono
wk4. 25 mgs/day clomid, nolva 10 mgs/day, Creatine Mono
wks 5-9 I would run a test booster.. there are many available.. ie..

Isa-Test
T Bombs ll
You will of course have to access your body and see how things are going.. Nothing is set in stone.. I am not a fan of large doses of PCT drugs.. You did not use HCG thru your cycle so it will take a little longer to get things going..

anyone agree/disagree. thanks for the help pump dog, btw! i just cant seem to get a straight anwser re:pct.....this board is so great, where else can u go to have fellow bodybuilders helping eachother out? and it be legit...also why not start taking nolva right away. i have done in the past, i have learned through blood work my test levels vary pct even as close to 4-5days after last shot (sus)....
