Budlite has a good point..you did not say what test you were taking, but by your post I assume you are referring to test enth, or cyp... With that said you dont need dex, clomid and nolva.. I would use the clomid and nolva and leave out the dex..

using serms ( selective estrogen receptor modulators )will give you the best results long term IMO.. Both the Nolva and clomid are serms, both will compete for the estrogen and the Nolva will do better in keeping gyno away, while the clomid will help jump start the boys and get LH and FSH up faster..

Also if you are using a long acting test, like enth, or cyp. then it will be roughly 2 weeks before all of your last shot is out.. I would wait as Budlite pointed out to start my Serms then..

If you want something else for your pct, I would possibly add in a test booster after you come off the serms.. this will just give your body more time to normalize and have better overall test and e2 levels..
