| Re: Whats the best form of cardio? After rehabbing from ACL surgery last year, I found running to be the most effective for my goals, a major one being weight loss. Elliptical wasn't too bad. I hate the bike. In addition, I hate cardio machines now. I get out of the gym and run outside virtually every day. I've run in wind chills of -15. Maybe I'm nuts. But I go out of my mind running on a treadmill. |
