some just arnt made to go pro..but this cat is one of the best trainers out there...his training and diet plans are spot on..also for those who are interested he has a personal training coarse..it is great..call s.m.a.r.t..check it out on his site if your interested..just for his perpective and he wrote all the material is worth the money..hes a good bro..nice as hell..we dont agree on everything dose wise...he is in the higher dose im in the lower dose mind set..ribb |
