I disagree with the part that the DA will proceed with charges...if the victim is uncooperative and wont testify..the DA will drop it due to lack of evidence and furtherance of justice...just my two cents has being in this game for several years..
your also wrong about the money issue..dv cases have nothing to do about money...sounds like your were on the other side of this issue bro....care to share what you went thru
