| Re: The Anabolic Diet I personally always have prefered a high carb diet, of mostly low-glycemic index, moderate protein and moderat/low fats, but that's just me
going to low in carbs(250grs or less) totally depletes me, and makes me smaller/weaker, even if I was eating a very high protein intake, but I guess everyone is different.
Also, going too low in fats makes me weak and small (btw, my bf% is still 6%) |
