I never do cardio, but I'm seriously thinking of adding a little bit of cardio, I'm lean(6%bf) but I want to get a little bit leaner, I'm infatuated with the super ripped look, and cutting the carbs only works so much, I might throw 10 minutes of jogging, maybe 3 times a week, that's it. I don't need music, I'm self motivated |
