| What motivates you during cardio/working out? I usually have no problem being motivated while hitting the iron. However, when it comes to cardio I find it hard sometimes to continue and I was wondering what kind of things ppl use to keep themselves motivated
Usually the following keeps me motivated
music: I can listen to some rock songs that just get me so pumped up I can practically be enraged in tears while doing cardio. I can also listen to songs that make me so sad yet pissed at the world that I also have tears while continuing
telling myself that I can do anything for XXX amount of time. Once I start getting worn down I always say you can do anything for 5minutes,10minutes etc... this works pretty well
Looking in the mirror thinking how much I hate myself and I hate life. This can go both ways :)

I think some of these work a little to well though as I had a fucking awesome cardio session today(so I thought). Then I found myself feeling sick and throwing up in the fucking b-room. I think it might have been the combo of clen/green tea too but whatever, I absolutely hate throwing up
