| Re: Bulking Diet, Your opinion? eat during your breaks at work.....cans of tuna, protrein shakes, pre-made sandwiches, protein bars......if yo want to get big...you HAVE to FORCE yourself to eat every day.......when i started bulking I would force myself to eat every 2 hours......now its automatic.....I am looking for food without thinking about it.....eat until you are full...then wash it down with a protein shake.....also....your shakes are a lil plain for someone that is "bulking" try this
..it'll put hair on yer chest.....
16 ounces 1% milk
2-3 scoops whey
1-2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 banana
also....you can add that flavoured instant oatmeal to your shake.....it tastes yummy and it will help up your calories....... |
