| Re: Bulking Diet, Your opinion? ok still modifying things, im going to add more beef and less chicken. bigger meal for breakfast. and better meal for pre workout. i was going to start it tommorrow.. and buy the groceries tonight.. but i guess i can wait till tuesday to start and just have a better overall diet plan.

also, i have work 8-5 mon-fri so its hard to get my meals in while at work.
they dont say anything about me eating around 10-11 for my "breakfast". and 1:30 is when i eat lunch. but i dont think they'd like it if i ate again at 330 or 4..
suggestions?
