I'm 18, 5'9, 12.10% bodyfat, 181plds and looking to gain lots of muscle.. The diet is subject to what i can afford , both time and money. But I do want to change it up some, like get some different foods in there that arent too expensive.... why cant sirlon be the same price as turkey?! well any suggestions would help yall..
