I bet you're adapting very fast to every program?

An ideal workout would be two lifts a day consisting of 10-12 sets of 1-3. You could superset two antagonistic body parts, for example bench and chins, and then perhaps do some remedial work at the end.

Whenever you're starting a new program, watch you're blood sugar, if you're blood sugar is low, you're on the wrong program.*

*This is not for everybody

To be sure of what I'm saying, find you're max on any exercise you like, rest 10min and then do 85%RM, How many reps can you do? If you can do 1-3Rep, what I say apply to you.
