Opus there are two discrepancies.........here they are:

Any Officer can request that for almost any reason...no court, even federal has determined due to officer safety, that it is not appropriate and a violatoin to ask a driver out of the car...a two week rookie can articulate why he wanted the driver out of the vehicle...

Police are not allowed to frisk for anything except weapons. If, during a weapons pat, an officer discovers something 'suspicious' you don't have to show it to them. if they can articulate due to their training and expertise that it is contraband they can retrieve it...
