1. 3500 cals a day is considered what the average couch potato needs to maintain homeostasis. You need to get more calories and increase your good fats.
2. Dbol is a kickstarter steroid for a real cycle. Winstrol v is a support steroid taken at the beginning or end of a real cycle depending on your goals. Depending on the person, winstrol can cause joint pain so severe that you cant even work out.
Neither one are a cycle by itself. You have to run an injectible with that (preferably test) if you want to keep any gains made after the cycle.
