| Re: Cardio while bulking? 3-4 30 min sessions per week is about what I do in the off seson- it will affect size gains minimally and will help keep your training at peak performance- at 297 last year it was hard to go up a flight of steps w/o being winded cuz I completely cut our cardio- it made leg training much harder especially when I did higher reps- had I done cardio I would have had better overall results IMO. |
